Loyalty Reward Programs

Loyalty reward programs are great ways of obtaining returning clients. Providing benefits for using a specific PT or fitness center could encourage the client to remain loyal to that brand.

NFTs can act as the access pass to a particular collection of rewards. The NFT will provide access to a specific account containing the current rewards. The value of the rewards can be tokenized to allow the user to accrue value from their loyalty. Usually denominating in a native token, this value can be spent/transacted for tangible rewards. The range of rewards could be benefits linked to complementary products that incentivize a healthier lifestyle, for instance, fitness clothing or nutritional supplements. Depending on the client base, the reward offers can be tailored to appeal to their target market, thus offering a better-tailored service.

Starbucks recently announced using NFTs as part of its loyalty reward program. Other industries are tokenizing their loyalty programs, and the fitness industry can benefit from this, also.
